add aphi/sigchi (both disputed in terms of "rank", mix of some really great people and a lot mehh, have that nice clean outward appearance)

Oops totally forgot about them; yeah aphi/sigchi definitely go together. Both can be top, but aren't (either because they don't go out like APhi or they're everyone's GBFs like SigChi)
