accept transfers into frats?

Hey I am considering transferring to Northwestern. I am the kind of guy who would, under normal circumstances, get into a top frat but am wondering if NU fraternities accept second year pledges. Any thoughts?

Lots of frats, even the good ones, have a few sophomore pledges each year.
