SECRET of getting into a top fraternity like Lambda

Hi I have been admitted to NU, my brother already attends NU. We have always been super competitive and I know my brother was really bummed that Lambda passed on him so he had to accept a SN bid he also received a bid from DTD. It would be great if I could get a Lambda bid when my brother couldn’t. What are things Lambda looks for?. I know they are the top house at NU what sets them apart from middle tier houses like SN and DTD?
