Frats on the rise?

ik the only folks active on here are greekrank chairs of frats trying to besmirch other frats, particularly lambda, but i think it would be cool to spread some love. what frats do y’all think have a bright future? also, which frats do y’all think are gonna take a step back soon?

Honestly Lambda is on the rise considering they were mid-low last year and now I would say they sit solidly upper middle. Fiji down, AEPi irrelevant, Delt doesn’t move
