Can I be “Cool Kid” if I join?

Hello,
I am a Northwestern Freshie and I am looking to find a way where I can be known on campus as “That Cool Guy” and have reputation as being popular. I know it is not simply easy to become this way, but I know I can do it, I made it to a top ten school. I have advanced communication skills and good facial symmetry. I am looking to make the most of my assets, what advice do you have for me (preferably from someone with similarities who is already socially elite)
