This is how I see things playing out in the fall.

I think lambdas new PC have actually been working hard learning from their Pike mentors and will carry them into having successful events overall.

Events being House parties, darties, tailgates, mixers, service, etc

I think with ZBT they would naturally be on that same path but with the lack of a house that’ll put them at a disadvantage but not too much so that they’ll drop a whole tier. They’ll still have off campus events that’ll prob keep up relevant enough.

I think with Fiji they were surprisingly really on the rise last year and had really great events overall so I think they’ll prob continue that momentum into the fall. I’ll still take Lambda over Fiji for now since they used to be Pike but Fiji over the rest for sure.

Objectively I think the events from these 3 frats will stand out and be a step head of the others to provide the most fun on campus through fall q. Well until proven otherwise.

Yeah I think this is a good ranking. It’s definitely changed since my last ranking. I didn’t put lambda top cause they were just new pike. I still think that they still need more experience as they were all freshman, but are definitely pretty much the new Pike. This fall semester will cement there status and leave no room for error as to whether they’re the top house or not.

Fiji is interesting cause at the beginning of last year they were almost unanimously ranked bottom tier, but now they have a decent claim for top. Whether that’s because they may have rushed a good pledge class or that most of the competition has been killed off is anyone’s guess. Probably a mix of both. But their rise is undeniable and we’ll see if their momentum will continue.

I put delt top last time cause lambda was too new, the other usual top frats were kicked off and I didn’t think fiji was top then. They have good events and relations. I really think them being mid is overblown and more of a meme. Whether delt is below Fiji is definitely debatable.

ZBT is the only remaining old era top house, but they’ve been kicked out their house for this year so that definitely hurts them but not a lot as you said. I have friends in pretty much all the frats so I have a decent amount of knowledge of the going ons about them.

SAE and AEPi are mid houses like Delt imo, only reason they are ranked lower is they get name dropped by anti greek life the most. Sig Ep doesn’t throw at all so I feel like their rank depends on whether you value partying

Wow an actual post on Greekrank! I agree with this list but I also think lambda should be moved down. They’re either top of mid or bottom of top for now
