Freshmen do not be fooled by self rankers

Freshmen:

There’s been a lot of false information purported on this website. I can attempt to give some info about accurate historical rankings as I am totally impartial and was never involved in Greek life. As a disclaimer I am not sure which of these houses have since been banned and will not be listing all houses:

Pike, Sig Chi and ZBT were historically the top 3 houses. SAE was known to be a top house before circa 2016/2017 controversy.

Mid tier has historically been Phi Delt, Beta, Delt, SigNu etc, Delta Chi lower mid. This is the middle of the bell curve where lost frats would fall that aren’t top/bottom. These houses still had alright parties and decently cool dudes. AEPi was probably somewhere around here.

Lower Tier: Fiji, Sig Ep, Lambda Chi etc are houses that know they’ve always been lower tier and are desperately trying to change their image. I went to a Sig Ep party freshman year and there were like 5 girls and 60 guys. They were at the dead bottom of the list for years and probably still are.

Again I am totally impartial. Make of this what you will, but it’s accurate insofar as history had shown, regardless of whether some of these houses have since been banned from the IFC.
