Official Mid Spring Frat Rankings

My other post wasn’t formatted correctly so I thought I’d take the time to make sure it was right for @Offical Frat Rank who commented on it lol.
Accurate Frat Rankings for Spring thus far! I took what I got from the two rankings shared earlier and the comments from those and came up with one better.

1. Fiji - Definitely was a sleeper pick last quarter, but they have quickly risen to the top with the competition being removed. Good sorority relations. Solid new PC. Extremely diverse, super nice guys, great parties.\n\n\n\n\n2. DTD (Delt) - Yeah Delt is pretty mid but they’re generally normal solid guys and since they are part of the few that throw parties and mix with sororities they have to be near the top. That's how far NU Greek life has fallen at this point.

3. Lambda: The pike pledges saved this fraternity from completely dying so I think they still need to prove themselves before they move up more in the rankings. Definitely has potential and could soon move up a spot if they prove to be a fun frat that can throw without getting caught for something.

3.5 AePi: Used to be more relevant but they haven’t thrown in a while and I think they might be on probation still. Overall friendly guys with a decent PC. Maybe could move up in the future idk, they gotta prove themselves.\n\n\n\n\n4. SAE(As u can see, major drop off): still exists and if Aepi is on social probation they probably are too; garbage rep; they don’t throw successful parties but it seems they do stuff together like blasting Music on the North quad; always at rezas apparently. The new guys could maybe, potentially not be that bad but they are pretty weird for joining a frat with a reputation of SA, which is extremely hard to shed.
4.25. Sig Ep: Doing their own thing as a dry house, irrelevant, tiny PC, I barely count them as a frat, solid guys though. Dont cause trouble.
