Is Theta still top tier or have they fallen off?

Last year theta definitely had a reputation of being the it-girls (or the mean girls depending who u ask). with Greek life being larger overall, classes being in person, etc. they’ve lost some of that mystique, but it doesn’t mean they’ve “fallen off.” ppl just had a skewed idea of what theta was, and when they met them in person, they realized they were normal ppl and that’s why ppl say they’re not “all that”
