PC21 (sophomores) theta or aphi?

between the sophomores in greek life, what are people's opinions on rankings between theta and aphi? their social events and the girls themselves. they seem to have friend groups split between them so i'm confused about the ranking? does it even matter?

theta and it isn't even close. when it was COB, all the girls who got bids to theta chose theta
