the other post had some serious mistakes imo so here is a better one, with explanations.
Tier 1:
ZBT
Old Pike / Old Sig Chi
Ik people are going to be saying "but Pike and Sig Chi got kicked off", it really doesn't matter, they will just take over another frat. What matters most is the pc and sorority relations, and all of the top three got good pcs which will allow them to mix with the top sororities and rebuild.
ZBT i think unquestionably top at this point as they will still have a house and multiple PCs worth of members whereas if Sig Chi / Pike have to rebuild they will probs only have one real active class, the frosh. Not living in the house will hurt a lot.
All of these fraternities consistently mix and have events with Aphi/Theta and throw good off campus events
Tier 2:
Fiji / Delt
AEPi
Delt and Fiji have been throwing fun house parties which is really good to see. I wonder how long they can do this until they get in trouble tbh, but Fiji in particulary certainly on the comeup
Tier 3:

I agree with everything you said. And yeah the OCS at our school are just bad people that hate Greek life.
