Spring vs Winter COB

Can sororities please please please wait until spring to do COB? If PNMs signed MRABAS they can’t accept another bid this quarter :( and I don’t want spots to fill

if you signed a MRABA you have to wait a full year before accepting another bid, not just a quarter :/
