Any frats already filled their pcs or are they all still recruiting new people in the next couple weeks?

the top ones have a decent idea of who they want, but no one is done recruiting yet, especially with no formal recruitment last fall.

Definitely reach out now. In person rush will be good and put more effort into that, but if you want to get into a particularly frat, it’s better to be early
