Is Sig Ep a really a dry house?

I mean I know it technically is but like what does that mean for them

Of course they are a dry house and substance free nationally. It's all part of their BMP.unfortunately, not all their chapters agree with BMP, so some chapters either disaffiliated or went underground as a rogue fraternity.
