which fraternity has the nicest home? searching for a friendly place to call my own. greek abodes are a large part of the fraternal process and i just want to find a warm and inviting environment

Sae has nicest house by far, but kind of out of the picture. Sig chi has a nice first floor but bad basement for parties. Pike and zbt have average interior but good basement. Phi psi is phi psi

SAE has a butler named Geoffrey who knows every brother by name and tucks you in before u sleep. SAE isn't talked about enough in my opinion
