to be honest, the middle is kind of the same... g phi is pretty much the same as zta if not lower..and i guess pi phi is a bit above both. and dg is below all of those.

You had it right the first time you added DG in. Pi phi is terrible now and still same tier as aphi. Difference between gphi and zeta, from having frienda in both, gphi seems to cares more about their appearance and thinks they should be higher than they are etc. zeta does too but more in their presence on campus than rankings I think.
