-no clear top house for frat or srat but top 3 are consensus
- A Phi moves down after losing relations with top 3 frats and recruitment to top 3 srats, Phi Psi over Phi Delt here
-Middle stays same Delt falling down due to allegations, usually frats and srats here, Pi Phi and Zeta both down but still mid
- Bottom is bottom
