2020 Frat/Srat Relations update

These are some predictions of coming future; was an interesting fall with a lot of changes.

1. ZBT/Tridelt - Expecting ZBT/Tridelt to get along well in coming future; will Tridelt will likely be new "partner" house to ZBT.

2. Pike/Kappa - Pike traditionally was close with Theta, however seems like new PC has been getting along with Kappa more. Would not be surprised to see Pike/Kappa relations grow.

3. Sig Chi/Theta - Again same as above, expecting more events with Sig Chi and Theta; had good amount of events together and seem to get along quite well.

Can't speak on the rest but feel free to follow up below and add.
