-all rushing the top boys, biggest frats socially on campus and dominate bar night/party scene

- throwing a lot of okay parties
-not too many of top kids are looking at these
- Phi Psi and AePi only 2 in this tier that parties are okay even though, AePi probably has had best parties in this tier

-not a lot of momentum going for these
-SAE trying to get people over to there house but no freshmen wants to go because of stigma surrounding them
-rest doing pretty bad socially
