what to do as junior transfer

I’m an incoming junior transfer with just a few questions regarding Greek life. I’m coming from a mainly bar school with no Greek life. I assume northwestern is very Greek focused, so I’m just a bit worried on what to do socially since I figure no Greek organization will want juniors. Does the bar scene in Chicago pick up once people are upperclassmen?
