ZBT and Tri Delt
Sig Chi and A Phi
Pike and Theta
Phi Psi and Pi Phi

Notes
-Kappa left out because it used to be Kappa and old SAE but hasnt been same after SAE was kicked off and let back on
- DG, top mid, doesn't really have a pair but still mixes with top frats
- top 4 frats and top 6 sororitys all mix together the pairs just dictate who they mix more with
