move delt and AEp down, move DG next to tri delt , switch kappa and a phi based on pledge classes

A couple issues with this. Kappa only mixes with Zbt and Pike, so they shouldn’t be with Sig Chi. Tri Delt doesn’t mix with anyone. Pi Phi primarily mixes with Sig Chi and Phi Psi so should be higher up. And most importantly, a phi>>>>>>>kappa
