If by quality you mean taking a class of 15 (with 10 of those kids being the kids who couldnt get bids at good frats like pike phi psi zbt) then sure that's "quality" lmao

Guys the pledge class was like 25 not 15... either way this post is so disgusting and so anti-phi psi, phi psi is fine without sig chi, these rankings are fake news phi psi is doing fine
