Is it true that most top fraternities i.e. Pike, Sig Chi, Phi Psi, ZBT, already have their rush class/ rush pool set and it is too late to rush?

@Fresh, not sure about all of those fraternities but I’ve heard Beta is reforming off campus and is poaching some of Pike’s top rushees.
