Pretty accurate but the middle tier of frats are so bad this year it should be:
Upper: Phi Delt
Mid: Delt
Low: Beta, Sig Nu, AePi
Beta actually has been throwing decent events but there probation keeps them on the lower end. Sig Nu and AePi events have been awful. Delt is doing okay but Delt EDC was a terrible bar night idea.

Ranks are accurate mid tier has been abysmal other than phi delt with recruitment and events

Accurate ranks except SAE shouldnt even be mentioned who is even rushing there, thats a good way to get blacklisted from every other frat
