Are SAE and Kappa Sig ever coming back? Also why are people saying SigEp is a low tier house? What happened to them?

Kappa sig is not a thing.

Maybe in like the ancient times, but not right now.

SigEp is a lower tier house. the old sigep was kicked off years ago and the last guys from that lineage just graduated.
