Delt, Phi Delt, Phi Psi, Theta Chi (they exist again which I guess qualifies as trending up lol)

Trending neutral:
DX, Pike, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, ZBT

Trending down:
AEPi, Beta, DU, Fiji, Lambda, Sig Chi

as a side note this isn't saying that say, sig ep is better than beta because they're neutral and beta is down. this is just in respect to where each house previously was, not a ranking

DU Fiji and Lambda already are bottom tier so there really isn't anywhere for them to go anymore down
