winter cob vs spring cob

Is it normal for sororities to always do winter COB and if they do will they still do it in the spring?

There are different benefits to each so it depends what the sorority is looking to get out of it. Most only do one, some may do both.

Everyone told me that COB happens in the spring but it seems as if most sororities do it in the winter right after rush
