dx trending up

If Delta Chi's house wasn't across the street, they'd be much higher. Even though that's definitely still holding them back, they had a great pledge class this year. Pretty unanimous opinion on campus that post-rush they're trending up now.

Can confirm: At our last mixer with them, I was swept off my feet by a beautiful Australian man, one of their new pledges. Pretty sure the rest of their pledges are just as good looking, 10/10 recommend.

True I guess; their house has a location way in the north lol. I guess they do attract people from elder because of the location, but less people might go to their parties because they aren't in the quad and their house is smaller than a normal house

I consider them on the same level as AEPi/Sig Nu/ Beta in that mid tier. It’s pretty clear they shouldn’t be with Lambda/DU anymore

You’re wrong that DU is bottom tier. Way better than Sign Nu or AEPi in terms of parties and alcohol quality

As yes DU, actually might have one the best drinks at events and good house for parties, but a lot of the brothers are quite shy and nerdy!

The fact that DX can pull a 20+ person pledge class every year puts them well above lambda and DU. Lambda and DU remain in the lower tier because no one wants to rush them, the same cannot be said about DX. In terms of the quality of their members and parties I would put them around in the mid tier sig nu, probably below beta and AEPi

DX sadly has no upward momentum. Honestly with a house like that DX could never make it to the top tier. Contrast that with DU, which has a beautiful house to take overflow partiers from Pike and Phi Psi and achieve greatness once again.
