tier mobility

Discuss what it takes for a frat to go from mid to top or lower to mid or vice versa. Is it even possible? If so, what frats are either on the verge of going up or on the verge of falling?

Honestly takes 2 years. Look at phi psi. They went from dead middle tier to upper (ya they are deal with it Sig chi). All it takes are back to back solid classes, or back to back bad classes

Delt is probably on the way up from the looks of things. So is Sigma Nu. DU is going up (even though still irrelevant).

Sig chi is falling. Beta is falling. Lambda is falling lower.

The other fact that wasn't mentioned above is frats getting kicked off opens up a new spot. Look at SAE.

Contrast this with sororities which NEVER, NEVER change. Not for the past 30 years at least has top three changed. Incredible if you think about it.

Sororities don't throw parties, so they don't get kicked off. So tiers stay the same

DU is new so has the ability to move up from lower now to possibly mid (not saying they are there yet but they are making strides) other fraterntieis that have been here for longer are harder to move around (unless they get kicked off)
