Somewhere in between. They definitely are self-ranking/overhyping their new PC but they're solidly lower top tier. Just don't let them tell you that they're better than ZBT or Sig Chi, and they're not even that much better than Phi Delt/Delt.

Phi psi sucks. There are a few good kids but theres also a lot of annoying kids who try way too hard to be cool. All of this hype about them being above zbt and sig chi is 100% self ranking. They handed out 40 bids the first night. They just wanted a big pc and didn’t care about the actual quality of the kids
