order within tiers should be decided on personality aka don't freak out if you're stuck choosing between dg and piphi, just pick the one you like better. no one cares about the minute differences between chapters within tiers, it's all too close to call if we're being honest

Some of the happiest sorority members I know are in so-called "lower tier" houses. These ratings are stupid.
