rush

So what im hearing is that top frats (Pike,ZBT, Sig Chi, Phi Psi) and even top mids (Phi Delt and Beta) already have their Pledge Classes figured out before rush. So what is the point of rush then if they dont take so called "walk ins".

You really thought that frats are going to use a couple days called "rush week" to meet people and figure out who they want in those couple of days..... of course not. Getting a bid is all about who know and meet from the first parties of WW to SNDs to getting invited to Semi formals and Christmas Dinners. Its all about connections.

It’s hard to get in to those frats if you haven’t rushed them already, but it is possible. I have a couple friends that wound up in these after rushing other fraternities in the fall and not having much contact with the ones listed
