what are my chances of getting into this frat

So there’s a frat that I’m really bonding with on campus, they have their own house in the south frat quad and a strong connection to each other. My girlfriend Lisa just got a job at Microsoft and she thinks I should join their house now. What are my chances at getting a bid with Theta Chi?
