hi, what is wrong with theta at this school? I’m at theta at another school and my little sister is going here next year and just want to know if she should look into joining or if they differ here from my own university. Thank you!!

there isn't anything wrong with theta, people don't like them because they are the clear top sorority at this school and rush can be competitive because of that

These houses have the worst sisterhood and most drama. If being top tier and in a cliquey house matters to you, rush theta and kappa. If you want to be in a decently popular house that also suffers from poor sisterhood, rush dg. And this is coming from someone who is planning to deactivate from one of the top tier houses

PHA discussed deativation rates recently, Theta has the lowest one on campus. so say what you want, but they’ve got the least girls leaving
