there isn't anything wrong with theta, people don't like them because they are the clear top sorority at this school and rush can be competitive because of that

These houses have the worst sisterhood and most drama. If being top tier and in a cliquey house matters to you, rush theta and kappa. If you want to be in a decently popular house that also suffers from poor sisterhood, rush dg. And this is coming from someone who is planning to deactivate from one of the top tier houses

I think they are suggesting that the overall experience in some are more positive than others... but that doesn't mean this is necessarily true. Everyone is different
