These are tiers and social rankings. Even if DG and kappa are some of the most horrible sororities at the school, they still consistently mix with a certain tier of frats. They are still desires houses at recruitment. They can be terrible people and still be within their tiers. These aren't "likable" tiers because none of the top houses would be top. And bye gphi
