Just because SAE isn't around for 2 years does not make Phi Psi top 3

SAE is over. Who would join them after the allegations?

The only frats that should be ranked higher than Phi Psi are Pike, Sig Chi, and maybe ZBT

No matter how many times Phi Psi repeats it, they're not top. Pike, Sig Chi, and ZBT have no issues recruiting kids away from Phi Psi and, therefore, don't see them as top.
