I'm sorry but why is phi psi here? They are despearate to be top tier. Just because SAE is gone, doesn't mean phi psi is magically top tier

i don't think it has anything to do with SAE. phi psi had a really good pledge class this year. you could argue they should be ranked higher than ZBT even at this point
