frat rankings based on parties

Just joined a sorority, and am having such a good time. I've gone to a bunch of mixers and seen a bunch of houses. They each have their own vibe. In my opinion the "tiers" for the most fun parties/mixers:
ZBT/Pike/Beta
Phi Psi
Delt/ Lambda Chi
Sig Nu/Phi Delt

I had no idea delt/zbt/sig nu/phi delt even threw parties, I never heard of their parties before. Pike/Psi Phi parties are good, lambda parties are decent, and aepi parties are decent I guess

Beta's offcampus ones at freshman freeze were good, but the post-freshman freeze ones are medium. Don't see why OP thought they were really good, OP must have gone to a one they had a lot of fun in or something
