when do sororities start reaching out to girls for COB? also how does COB really work?
guesses on which houses will be doing it???

They don't. You have to be friends with a few girls. Or you got to round 3 during formal recruitment and got cut. Only way

Like the above poster said, sororities don't just reach out to random girls unless their friends in the sorority have said they're interested. If you want sororities to know you're interested in COB, email PHA and fill out the COB interest form

I filled out the COB form but is it still necessary to let friends know in the sororities you like that you're interested

Because cob isn't like formal recruitment where 600 girls go to a house, it's very selective because they will probably only look at 10-15 girls and only offer bids to maybe half or less
