pc's are smaller this year

All pledge classes have ~32 members which is way smaller than in the past. Basically this means that way more girls dropped recruitment this year

Wouldn't that make 2017 the year of COB? Based on the pledge classes I have seen (even mine actually), DG might be the only house to actually hit 38 girls so doesn't every other house would have to do snap bids or cob now?

the year of the middle tier. houses like zeta and gphi swiped a lot of gems
