I like Phi Delt, but 36 seems a bit excessive for a fraternity pledge class. It's one thing for sororities where you're not really expected to know everyone in the house well, but fraternities are generally tighter than that. I feel like when you get into the 28+ range you should start being more selective.

Phi delt has retention issues sometimes just because of the personalities they tend to recruit so they could be getting extra guys so it evens out if any quit
