snap bidding/cobing

Hello PNMs/New Members! Did you or a friend drop out of recruitment/not open a bid on bid night? Because if so, there are numerous houses that do COB (Informal Recruitment) in the Spring. If you're interested in a house like gphi, zeta, alpha chi, chi o, kd, or others, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reach out to their recruitment chair. It makes their lives so much easier and the whole process is so much more chill. FORMAL RECRUITMENT ISN'T THE END OF THE WORLD AND I PROMISE THAT A HOUSE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU. <3 stay positive and go greek

um how on earth do u know if any of these houses are COBing........

bc if they're not (like gphi and zeta don't always cob) then it's awks if they reach out to them

No house necessarily always does cob, and I can only think of only one house right now which can probably snap bid unless more people start dropping out of other houses. However, even if that house doesn't end up doing COB their recruitment chair will not be at all put off if you tell them that if they do end up doing COB you'd be interested! There's really nothing to lose. Also, you can email Pha and say you're interested and they'll put you on a form that COB eligible chapters use to see who might be interested
