end-of-freeze frat rankings

I think it's pretty easy to line up frats this way. Generally if two frats give the same guy a bid, he'll choose the one above. If they're on the same line, often the frats are recruitment rivals (SAE/Pike); sometimes they're quite different personality/culture-wise, and people just pick the one that is better for them (Delt/Beta). Obviously this isn't set in stone, but I feel like this is the general trend.

but based on past delt competes for pledges with phi delt and phi psi as well as still beta a little.
