Top middle houses - Aphi Pi phi and DG routinely and traditionally mix with top frats and have higher return rates. That's why they're top mid. Not because of looks or sociability (as much as they want to think they're hottest of mid tier, what really sets them apart are tangible and practical data RETURN RATES AND TOP FRAT MIXERS.)
All our sororities are pretty much the same here. Tiers are all about return rates and who people mix with.
