One weird PC does not discount the entire sorority. Their upperclassmen are still top-tier material and so is a handful of their newest PC. Really depends on how well they do in recruitment this year to see whether or not they fall to middle tier. But for now, they're still top, so you can stop trying to climb tiers for now.

No one thinks tridelts upperclassmen are top tier, the hot ones graduated. The PC wasn't "weird," it was horrendous.

I'd definitely switch Tri Delt with pi phi. I think Pi phi had a very mediocre pledge class, A phi had a very pretty pledge class, and DG had half knock outs and half average looking girls. Maybe put DG with Pi phi.
