Theta had a rough time before '15. People were claiming they were dropping fast, but they were still mixing with top tiers. They just had a funky PC for a couple of years. They finally got hotter '15, and have been doing well ever since. A phi would've taken place, but their '15 PC wasn't that great along with personality problems. DG has always been above GPhi and Zeta, but always trailing behind Pi phi and APhi. They did much better than PiPhi the last two years, looks wise, but are psycho. Zeta has been looking better than GPhi last two years. DDD is going to have to step it up, this PC was miles away from the other 5.
