I've heard from a few people that because thetas in debt and their nationals doesn't do anything to help them, the university might get their charter pulled. Also heard that it's going to happen within the next 2 years if theta doesn't start building quick

I think you mean Tridelt. Tridelt is/has been in debt but I've heard nothing about Theta being in debt..??
