A phi isn't top tier or "toppish." Everyone knows that. They are a good sorority and generally liked, but they are not top. They are middle along with DG Pi phi zeta and g phi.

im not a huge fan of them honestly, but they're above pi phi and dg in terms of looks for sure. and frankley they probably mix with better frats. they're not top, but they are better than the other two.
